#### 201 Period within which proceedings for operator onus offences may be commenced 201 Period within which proceedings for operator onus offences may be commenced (cf Gen Act, s 181) > > (1) Despite any other Act, proceedings for an operator onus offence may be commenced within one year after the date of the alleged commission of the offence. > > > (2) In this section— > > > > operator onus offence means— > > > > > (a) a designated offence within the meaning of Division 2, or > > > > > (b) an offence against section 188(2).
