#### 19 Power of Minister to exclude vehicles, persons or animals 19 Power of Minister to exclude vehicles, persons or animals (cf Gen Act, s 16) > > (1) The Minister may declare, by order published in the Gazette, that the road transport legislation (or a specified provision of the road transport legislation) does not apply to a vehicle, person or animal in any location or circumstance specified in the order. > > > > Note. > > > > The Minister may amend, rescind, revoke or repeal an order made under this section. See section 43 of the [Interpretation Act 1987](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1987-015) and the definition of repeal in that Act. > > > (2) The declaration has effect until it is rescinded, revoked or repealed, or for the period specified in the declaration. > > **s 19:** Am 2023 No 7, Sch 3.25\[2\].
