133A Review of use of division in relation to light vehicles
> > (1) The Minister must ensure a review is conducted of the use of this division in relation to light vehicles.
>
> > (2) The review must consider—
> >
> > > (a) road safety outcomes from the use of this division in relation to light vehicles, including the following—
> > >
> > > > (i) the number of speeding offences involving light vehicles and the trends in the commission of the offences,
> > >
> > > > (ii) the impact on speeding by drivers of light vehicles,
> > >
> > > > (iii) the average speed of light vehicles,
> > >
> > > > (iv) the estimated impact on crashes and other trauma involving light vehicles, and
> >
> > > (b) the cost of using this division in relation to light vehicles.

> > (3) The review must be undertaken as soon as possible after the period of 18 months from the commencement of this section.

> > (4) A report on the outcome of the review must be tabled in each House of Parliament within 6 months after the end of the period of 18 months.
