#### 104S Certificate evidence 104S Certificate evidence > A statement in a certificate purporting to have been issued by an Australian Authority or Australian authorised officer that, at a specified time or during a specified period, a specified vehicle was or was not on the NSW written-off heavy vehicles register or a register of written-off heavy vehicles (however described) kept under a law of another jurisdiction is admissible as evidence in any legal proceedings and is, until admissible evidence is given to the contrary, evidence of the matter certified. > > **ss 104O–104S:** Ins 2017 No 61, Sch 1.3 \[14\].
