94 Application for transfer of registration by legal personal representative If the registered operator of a vehicle is deceased, the registered operator's legal personal representative, within 90 days after becoming the legal personal representative, must give the Secretary— (a) evidence to the satisfaction of the Secretary of the registered operator's death; and (b) evidence to the satisfaction of the Secretary to establish— (i) the person's identity; and (ii) the person's authority to represent the estate of the registered operator; and (c) a completed application for transfer of registration in the approved application form; and (d) the transfer fee.
