263 Completing test reports (1) A licensed tester or an examining mechanic must complete a test report in accordance with— (a) any relevant guidelines made by the Secretary under regulation 9(3); and (b) any written directions given by the Secretary under regulation 251. (2) A licensed tester or an examining mechanic must ensure that the results of an examination and test of a vehicle are entered on the test report at the time of examining and testing the vehicle.
