256 Security of certificates and reports (1) A licensed tester must take reasonable precautions to keep control of certificate of roadworthiness forms and test report forms given to the licensed tester by the Secretary. (2) A licensed tester must take all reasonable precautions to prevent the improper use of the forms referred to in subregulation (1).
