218 Offence to use on a highway a vehicle that does not comply with regulation 212
(1) A driver of a vehicle carrying a load referred
to in regulation 212(1)(a), (b) or (c) must not
use the vehicle on a highway if the load does
not carry a warning signal that complies with regulation 212(2).
(2) The registered operator of a vehicle must take reasonable steps to ensure that the vehicle is not used on a highway if the vehicle does not comply with a requirement set out in regulation 212.
In the case of a body corporate, 50 penalty units;
In any other case, 10 penalty units.
(3) A person other than a person referred to
in subregulation (1) or (2) must not cause or permit a vehicle to be used on a highway that does not comply with a requirement set out in regulation 212.

219 Class O vehicle
(1) A class O vehicle is any light vehicle or light combination with a dimension that exceeds a relevant dimension limit set out in Part 4.
(2) Schedule 6 has effect.
