213 Offence to use on a highway a vehicle that does not comply with the length limit
(1) A driver of a vehicle must not use the vehicle on a highway if the vehicle does not comply with an applicable length limit set out in regulation 205.
(2) The registered operator of a vehicle must take reasonable steps to ensure that the vehicle is not used on a highway if the vehicle does not comply with an applicable length limit set out in regulation 205.
(3) A person, other than a person referred to in subregulation (1) or (2), must not cause or permit a vehicle that does not comply with a relevant length limit set out in regulation 205 to be used on a highway.
