19 Approved forms of notices, reports, labels and certificates The Secretary may approve forms of— (a) notices for the purposes of regulations 81, 147 and 268; and (b) reports for the purposes of regulation 254; and (c) labels for the purposes of regulations 67, 68, 69, 105, 106, 181 and 269 and clauses 144A and 144B of Schedule 1; and (d) certificates for the purposes of regulations 25, 33, 36, 38, 43, 56, 113, 187, 253 and 275.
