176 Verification of application for club permit (1) The Secretary may require an applicant for a club permit to submit evidence verifying the following matters— (a) the identity of the applicant; (b) that the vehicle is safe to use on a highway; (c) that the vehicle has a roadworthy certificate; (d) that the vehicle complies with the standards for registration; (e) any other information specified in the approved application form referred to in regulation 175.
