15 Action on revocation of authorisation (1) If a person's authorisation under regulation 11 is revoked, the person must advise the Secretary of any unused certificate serial numbers given to the person by the Secretary. (2) The Secretary must refund the fee paid by the person for each unused certificate serial number of which the Secretary is advised.
