148 Application for unregistered vehicle permit (1) A person may apply to the Secretary for an unregistered vehicle permit. (2) The application must be in the approved application form and include the following information— (a) the personal particulars or the corporation particulars of the person seeking the unregistered vehicle permit for a vehicle; (c) the proposed garage address of the vehicle. (3) The application must be accompanied by— (a) the relevant fee specified in Schedule 4; and (b) the appropriate transport accident charge.
