133 Obligation of registered operator if registration cancelled If the registration of a vehicle is cancelled by the Secretary under regulation 132, the registered operator of the vehicle, if required by the Secretary, must return the vehicle's number plates to the Secretary or an agent nominated by the Secretary within 14 days after the date of cancellation specified in the notice given to the registered operator under regulation 132(3).
