119 Fees for registration or renewal of registration of zero and low emission vehicles The fee for registration or renewal of registration of a zero and low emission vehicle is— (a) nil, if the fee that would otherwise be payable under section 9(2) of the Act or Schedule 2 is less than $100; or (b) in any other case, the fee that would otherwise be payable under section 9 of the Act or Schedule 2, less $100.
