111 Certified extract of information from the register of written-off vehicles On payment of the appropriate fee in Schedule 5, a person may obtain from the Secretary a certified extract of the following information entered on, or derived from, the register of written-off vehicles— (a) the date of the most recent determination under section 16C(1)(b) of the Act in relation to a motor vehicle; (b) any information entered on, or derived from, the register that relates to the nature or extent of damage to a motor vehicle; (c) a description of the type of write-off applicable to a motor vehicle entered on the register.
