109 Information to be included if motor vehicle entered on the register of written-off vehicles (1) If the Secretary enters details of a motor vehicle on the register of written-off vehicles, the Secretary must, as part of the entry, record on the register— (a) in the case of details of the motor vehicle that are entered on the register on the basis of information provided to the Secretary under regulation 101, 102 or 103— (i) the information provided under that regulation; and (ii) the date on which the entry was made on the register; or (b) in any other case— (i) the relevant identification information for the motor vehicle; and (ii) whether the motor vehicle is a statutory write-off or a repairable write-off; and (iii) the relevant date in relation to the motor vehicle, if known; and (iv) information relating to the damage or condition that caused the motor vehicle to be written off; and (v) the date on which the entry was made on the register. (2) The Secretary may record as part of an entry on the register of written-off vehicles any other information about a motor vehicle that the Secretary considers appropriate.
