106 Obligation of motor wrecker or motor car trader to affix notices or labels on write‑offs (1) A motor wrecker or motor car trader, who knows or ought reasonably to know that a motor vehicle in the care, custody or control of the motor wrecker or motor car trader in the course of the person's business is a motor vehicle that is a statutory write-off, must affix to the motor vehicle a notice or label in the approved form within 7 days after the relevant date. (2) Subregulation (1) does not apply if a notice or label in the approved form is already affixed to the motor vehicle.
