105 Obligation of insurer or self-insurer to affix notices or labels to write‑offs (1) An insurer or self-insurer must affix to a motor vehicle that is a statutory write-off a notice or label in the approved form within 7 days after the relevant date. (2) Subregulation (1) does not apply if a notice or label in the approved form is already affixed to the motor vehicle.
