260 Stopping for a red bicycle crossing light

Rule 260(1) amended by S.R. No. 135/2021 rule 88.

(1) The rider of a bicycle or an electric scooter approaching or at an intersection, or another place on a road or road related area, with bicycle crossing lights must comply with this rule.

(2) If the bicycle crossing lights show a red bicycle crossing light and the rider has not already started crossing the intersection or place, the rider must not start to cross until—
