94Process for appealing decisions

#### 94 Process for appealing decisions (1) The Full Bench may deal with an appeal in any manner it considers appropriate, including by holding a hearing or conducting a conference. > Note: See sections 87 and 88. (2) The Full Bench may: (a) admit further evidence; and (b) take into account any other information or evidence. (3) The Full Bench may do any of the following in relation to the appeal: (a) confirm, quash or vary the decision; (b) make a further decision in relation to the matter that is the subject of the appeal; (c) refer the matter that is the subject of the appeal to a dual FWC member and: (i) require the member to deal with the subject matter of the decision; or (ii) require the member to act in accordance with the directions of the Full Bench.
