75Referring matters to the Fair Work Ombudsman

#### 75 Referring matters to the Fair Work Ombudsman (1) The General Manager may refer a matter to the Fair Work Ombudsman for investigation if: (a) the General Manager has reason to believe that a person has not complied with an enforceable instrument in relation to another person; and (b) the General Manager does not believe that the persons are able to resolve the matter themselves. (2) The General Manager must inform the persons, in writing, if the General Manager refers the matter to the Fair Work Ombudsman. (3) The General Manager must inform the Fair Work Ombudsman about any action taken or information obtained by the General Manager in relation to the matter.
