#### 13 Interaction of enforceable instruments with road transport contracts (independent contractors) A contractor driver is entitled to be provided, by the required provider under an enforceable instrument that applies to the driver, with at least the remuneration and related conditions in the enforceable instrument, regardless of the terms of any road transport contract to which the driver is party.
