#### 117 President must provide certain information etc. to the Minister and Fair Work Ombudsman (1) The President must provide the Minister and the Fair Work Ombudsman with: (a) copies of any enforceable instrument made or approved by the Tribunal; and (b) the information and copies of documents prescribed by the regulations; by the time, and in the form, prescribed. (2) The regulations may prescribe information and documents relating to or derived from information that: (a) is publicly available; and (b) relates to matters the Tribunal is authorised to deal with.
