111Disclosure of information by Tribunal

#### 111 Disclosure of information by Tribunal The Tribunal may disclose information acquired by the Tribunal in the course of performing its functions or exercising its powers if the President reasonably believes: (a) that it is necessary or appropriate to do so in the course of performing the Tribunal’s functions or exercising the Tribunal’s powers; or (b) that the disclosure is likely to assist in the administration or enforcement of a law of the Commonwealth, a State or a Territory.
