#### 107 Automatic cessation of appointment for loss of qualification (1) If the President ceases to be a Vice President or Deputy President of the Fair Work Commission, the President’s appointment to the Tribunal ceases on the same day. (2) If a person appointed for the purposes of paragraph 79(2)(b) ceases to be a Vice President, Deputy President or Commissioner of the Fair Work Commission, the person’s appointment to the Tribunal ceases on the same day.
