109 Application of certain fees
The following fees received by the Secretary must be paid by the Secretary into the Roads Fund established under section 39B of the Transport Integration Act 2010—
(a) fees payable under items 1 to 8 and 12 to 17 of Schedule 6;
(b) fees payable under regulation 107 for searches and extracts;

(c) fees sent to the Secretary by approved providers of behaviour change programs under section 58O(4) of the Act.
