### 27 Certificate in relation to taking of blood samples

> > > > (a) [*\[Section 27 Subsection (1) amended by No. 38 of 2017, s. 48, Applied:03 Dec 2018\]*](/view/html/inforce/2018-12-03/act-2017-038#GS48@Hpa@EN) stating that, on the day and at the time stated in the certificate, the person by whom the certificate purports to be signed took a sample of the blood of the person named therein;
