### 11 Rights and obligations on completion of breath analysis or oral fluid analysis

> > (1) [*\[Section 11 Subsection (1) amended by No. 28 of 2005, s. 11, Applied:01 Feb 2006\]*](/view/html/inforce/2006-02-01/act-2005-028#GS11@EN) As soon as practicable after a person has submitted to a breath analysis the approved operator by whom the breath analysing instrument was operated shall read over to him and hand to him a written statement, in such prescribed form as is appropriate to the case, that indicates the concentration of alcohol in the breath of that person as determined by that analysis.
