95E Gazette notices may incorporate document etc. A notice published in the Government Gazette to give effect to a provision of the rules referred to in section 95D or a provision of the regulations may apply, adopt or incorporate any matter contained in any document, code, standard, rule, specification or method formulated, issued, prescribed or published by any authority or body whether— (a) wholly or partially or as amended by the notice; or (b) as formulated, issued, prescribed or published at the time the notice is published in the Government Gazette or at any time before then; or (c) as formulated, issued, prescribed or published from time to time.
