85W Orders courts may make during other processes If a person whose driver licence or learner permit is suspended under this Part is before a court for any reason in relation to the alleged offence for which the licence or permit was suspended, the court may make an order cancelling the suspension if the court is satisfied that— (a) in relation to a suspension under Division 1 or 2, exceptional circumstances exist which justify making the order; or (b) in relation to a suspension under Division 3, the person charged is not an unacceptable risk to road safety.
