58O Approved provider to give information and fees to the Secretary S. 58O(1) amended by No. 49/2019 s. 116(Sch. 1 item 149). (1) An approved provider must give to the Secretary the information required by the Secretary relating to each behaviour change program provided by the approved provider. (2) The information required by the Secretary under subsection (1) may include the details of the participants in the behaviour change program. S. 58O(3) amended by No. 49/2019 s. 116(Sch. 1 item 149). (3) The approved provider must give the information in the manner and within the time determined by the Secretary. (4) In the case of a first-stage behaviour change program, the information given to the Secretary under subsection (1) must be accompanied by any fees paid to the approved provider under section 58N(1)(b) by the participants in the program.
