58L Cancellation or suspension of approval of provider S. 58L(1) amended by No. 49/2019 s. 116(Sch. 1 item 145(a)). (1) The Secretary may, by giving written notice to an approved provider, cancel or suspend the provider's approval under section 58J if the Secretary is satisfied that the provider— (a) has failed to comply with any condition, limitation or restriction to which the approval is subject; or S. 58L(1)(b) amended by No. 49/2019 s. 116(Sch. 1 item 145(a)). (b) has failed to provide a behaviour change program to the satisfaction of the Secretary. S. 58L(2) amended by No. 49/2019 s. 116(Sch. 1 item 145). (2) The Secretary must not take action under subsection (1) unless the Secretary has allowed the approved provider at least 10 working days to make written representations about the proposed action.
