32A Offence to allow, permit or cause unlicensed driver to drive motor vehicle A person must not allow, permit or cause another person to drive a motor vehicle on a highway knowing that the other person does not hold a licence or permit that authorises the other person to drive the motor vehicle. Penalty: 60 penalty units or imprisonment for 6 months.
