18C Secretary may confiscate and destroy physical licence or permit document believed to be false, etc.
If the Secretary reasonably believes that a physical licence or permit document retained under section 18B is false, fraudulent or counterfeit or has been improperly obtained, the Secretary may—

(a) confiscate the physical licence or permit document; and

(b) destroy the physical licence or permit document.
