164 Further provision concerning rectification places If— (a) the intended destination of a vehicle that is in transit at the time it is stopped; or (b) the depot of the vehicle, or, in the case of a group of vehicles that are physically connected, of a vehicle in the group— is the most suitable or appropriate place for a breach to be rectified and that place otherwise complies with any requirements imposed by this Division, the inspector must direct the driver of the vehicle to move the vehicle to that place.
