161 Reference to single offence includes multiple offences For the purposes of this Division, if a vehicle is in breach of more than one mass, dimension or load restraint limit or requirement at the time that it is inspected by an inspector, all references to "breach" in this Division in relation to the vehicle are to be read as a reference to those breaches.
