151 Statement that mistake of fact defence does not apply not to affect other offences The statement in this Part that a person does not have the benefit of the mistake of fact defence is solely intended for the purposes of this Part, and it is not intended to affect the question of whether that defence is, or is not, available to a person in relation to any offence outside this Part.
