106 Definitions ***accident*** means an incident that involves a heavy vehicle and that results— (a) in a person being killed or injured; or (b) in damage being caused to a vehicle, or to other property; S. 106 def. of *approved road transport compliance scheme* repealed by No. 110/2004 s. 40.
