103Q Transitional provisions for fatigue regulated heavy vehicles—Road Legislation Further Amendment Act 2007 (1) Part 10A of this Act, as inserted by section 20 of the **Road Legislation Further Amendment Act 2007**, applies only to offences alleged to have been committed on or after the commencement of that section 20. (2) For the purposes of subsection (1), if an offence is alleged to have been committed between 2 dates, one before and one after the commencement of section 20 of the **Road Legislation Further Amendment Act 2007**, the offence is alleged to have been committed before the commencement of that provision.
