103P Transitional provisions for level crossings—Road Legislation Further Amendment Act 2007 (1) Section 68B of this Act, as inserted by section 9 of the **Road Legislation Further Amendment Act 2007**, and paragraph (ea) of the definition of ***relevant offence*** in section 84C(1) of this Act, as inserted by section 15 of that Act, apply only to offences alleged to have been committed on or after the commencement of sections 9 or 15. (2) For the purposes of subsection (1), if an offence is alleged to have been committed between 2 dates, one before and one after the commencement of sections 9 and 15 of the **Road Legislation Further Amendment Act 2007**, the offence is alleged to have been committed before the commencement of those provisions.
