103O Transitional provisions for Demerits Register—Road Legislation Further Amendment Act 2007 The amendments made to section 25 of this Act by section 7 of the **Road Legislation Further Amendment Act 2007** apply to a demerit point option notice served on a person after the commencement of that section 7, whether the demerit points to which the notice relates were incurred before or after that commencement.
