103N Transitional provisions for operator onus—Road Legislation Further Amendment Act 2007 (1) The amendments made to a section of this Act by any of the following provisions of the **Road Legislation Further Amendment Act 2007** only apply to offences alleged to have been committed on or after the commencement of that provision— (a) section 10; (b) section 11; (c) section 12; (d) section 13; (e) section 14. (2) For the purposes of subsection (1), if an offence is alleged to have been committed between 2 dates, one before and one after the commencement of a provision of the **Road Legislation Further Amendment Act 2007** referred to in subsections (1)(a) to (1)(e), the offence is alleged to have been committed before the commencement of that provision.
