249 Riding on a separated footpath
The rider of a bicycle must not ride on a part of a separated footpath designated for the use of pedestrians.
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
Note 1.
Separated footpath is defined in rule 239, and pedestrian is defined in rule 18.
