Tasmania regulation
This instrument amends the Road Rules 2019 and takes effect on 1 August 2022 (rule 2). It records that the amendment has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Road Rules 2019 (rule 4). It therefore affects anyone bound by those Rules — drivers, other road users and enforcement bodies — but the instrument does not itself state the substantive changes, so the practical compliance and behavioural effects depend on the text now reflected in the Principal Rules (rule 3).
