Tasmania act
This short Act makes the technical and transitional changes needed when the Right to Information Act 2009 starts. It links its commencement to the RTI Act, preserves the ability to later amend any regulations it alters, and requires Freedom of Information requests and review applications lodged but not finished before commencement to keep being handled under the Freedom of Information Act 1991.
