96 Petition and proclamation for poll to remove commodity or area from control of marketing order
> > (1) Where the Minister—
> >
> > > (a) is satisfied—
> > >
> > > > (i) on representations made by petition to the Minister by producers of a commodity for which a marketing order is in force, that a substantial number of producers within the area in respect of which the order is in force desire that the commodity should be removed from the control of the order, and
> > >
> > > > (ii) that this Division authorises the removal, and
> >
> > > (b) certifies to the Governor that the Minister is satisfied as to the matters mentioned in paragraph (a),
> >
> > the Governor may, by proclamation, direct that a poll shall be taken of persons entitled to vote in respect of that commodity within that area on the question whether that commodity should be removed from the control of the order.

> > (2) Where the Minister—
> >
> > > (a) is satisfied, on representations made by petition to the Minister by producers of a commodity for which a marketing order is in force, that a substantial number of the producers within the area in respect of which the order is in force desire that part of that area should be removed from the control of the order, and
