#### 89 Revocation of marketing order following representations 89 Revocation of marketing order following representations > Where the Minister is satisfied, after taking into consideration all representations made in accordance with section 88 on the question whether a particular marketing order should be revoked, that the order should be revoked, the Minister may revoke the order.
