#### 81 Proclamation for poll as to making of a marketing order 81 Proclamation for poll as to making of a marketing order > > (1) Where the Minister certifies to the Governor that a draft marketing order has been published in accordance with section 80, the Governor may, by proclamation, direct that a poll shall be taken of the persons entitled to vote at the poll on the question whether a marketing order should be made in or to the effect of that draft marketing order. > > > (2) A proclamation under this section may not be made after the commencement of section 5 of the [Agricultural Industry Services Act 1998](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1998-045). > > **s 81:** Am 1998 No 45, Sch 3.4 \[4\].
