#### 80 Publication of draft marketing order 80 Publication of draft marketing order > > (1) Where— > > > > > (a) a report relating to a proposal has been published under section 78, > > > > > (b) the time, as stated in the report, by which representations are to be made on the proposal has elapsed, > > > > > (c) a public meeting has been held under section 79 before the time mentioned in paragraph (b) has elapsed, and > > > > > (d) the Minister has taken into consideration all representations made with respect to the proposal in accordance with section 78, > > > > the Minister may cause a notice to be published in the Gazette setting out the terms of a draft marketing order. > > > (2) The draft marketing order may be different from the order as originally proposed.
